I first asked mister Roque why he decided to become a spanish teacher. He explained that he has always loved the Spanish language and wanted to help students communicate confidently. He said teaching gives him the chance to inspire young people every day.
When I asked what he enjoys most about teaching Spanish, he smiled and said he loves seeing students improve. According to him, watching students speak,read and understand Spanish better makes him proud as a teacher. Mister Roque has been teaching for several years, and he said every year brings new experiences and memories. V
During our conversation, I asked him what the most important part of learning Spanish is. He answered that practice and confidence are very important. He believes students learn faster when they are not afraid to make mistakes. To help students learn better, he uses conversations,games,group activities and music in class. He explained that making lessons interactive keeps students interested and motivated.
I also asked Mister Roque about the biggest challenge students face while learning Spanish. He said many students struggle with pronunciation and vocabulary. However, he encourages students to practice daily and never give up. His advice for students is simple:”read,listen, and speak Spanish as much as possible”.
One of the most memorable parts of the interview was when Mister Roque shared a story about a student who was once shy but later became confident speaking Spanish in front of the class. He said moments like that motivate him to continue teaching every day.
At the end of the interview, Mister Roque explained that learning Spanish can help students in the future by opening doors to careers,travel opportunities and communication with more people around the world. He said being a teacher means helping students grow, succeed and believe in themselves.
