Imani Canada, reporter, photographer, on-air talent, Editor-in-Chief

Imani Canada is a senior who will graduate in June of 2026 from Augustus F. Hawkins. She enjoys reading, taking pictures, eating, and painting. She tends to enjoy being at school and playing sports such as flag football and softball. She also enjoys spending time with her friends in and out of school. She is known for her positive attitude and willingness to help others. Imani hopes to continue her education after high school and pursue a successful career as an Orthopedic Surgeon.

Amber Lerma-Dominguez, who is in her Senior year Class of 2026 who enjoys playing video-games, listening to music, sleeping, and skating in her backyard. She doesn’t like loud noises but the exception is music blasting in her ears, especially when shes walking to the store or just going out from time to time. She loves procrastinating which is going to catch up to her one day but she still gets her work turned in.

Abria Baker, Photographer

Abria Baker, class of 2026, she mostly a big clown but is shy around others and is trying to make different friends at a time she takes her time with everything and if she doesn’t understand it she won’t try and ask for help but she does try to speak out loud. Her favorite hobbies are hiking, camping, riding bikes, hanging out, new friends, maybe more than she hasn’t experienced. She absolutely loves dogs and her family more than anything. She’s good at making people laugh and doesn’t care for anyone’s hatred. She might be sensitive but at least she knows when and how to use her words wisely, her desires to get a new laptop and make a video game for people to enjoy and feel comfortable.
