What kind of lunch can help you get through the day?
Ever feel like your coffee has just stopped working halfway through your day. Or if you are a gamer such as myself and drink / eat energizing substances and feel low half way through the day, lunch is important to eat because it is not only nice and refreshing but it can also give you that boost that can benefit your life and how you act throughout the day. If you want to know how to improve your mental clarity then this “article” is for you. Here is some fresh and energizing food to help you continue the day.

- Sometimes you want something nice and easy, so for my first opinion it is called: broccoli pasta salad with egg and sunflower seeds. This nice meal is sure to help you with its high fiber sources to help you get past the halfway mark of the day.

- Or maybe you want something with a little more protein and omega 3 in it, then you would want this next one called: smoked salmon, quinoa with dill sauce. This lunch meal will surely help you out with its soft and crunchy food with a side of a variety of vegetables.

- How about something more soup-er lunch like this Moroccan Harira & chicken soup, This very nice and warm soup is sure to make you feel great after. This soup has an abundance of proteins and vegetables that is sure to give you that bit of energy with the benefits this soup provides.

- And for my last option, if you want something big and that might take a little bit more of your time, then this marathon burrito. This is a bit bigger than the other options that were listed. This burrito has wholewheat wrap and if you want you can replace some of the vegetables with meat to give it that extra tasty lunch.
